Q: Where are the bakeries located and hours of operation?

Wiliam Greenberg Desserts has two locations. Our original location is on Manhattan’s Upper East Side at 1100 Madison Avenue. We now have a new location at 265 Amsterdam Avenue on the Upper West Side.

Q: Is William Greenberg kosher?

Willam Greenberg is a fully kosher-certified bakery.

Q: Which cakes can be decorated?

Most cakes can be decorated to say whatever you’d like! For custom cake decoration, please send us an email at info@wgbergdesserts.com or call us at 212-861-1340 to place an order. 

Q: Can I request a customized cake?

Yes, we are able to make custom cakes with the cake, frosting and toppings of your choice. To inquire about a custom cake, please email info@wgbergdesserts.com or call 212-861-1340.

Q: Does William Greenberg have any gluten-free items?

Yes! We make delicious gluten free black and white cookies, brownies, chocolate chip cookies, linzer tarts and sprinkle cookies.  For a full list of our gluten free options, click here.

Q” What does an unavailable item mean?

This bread or pastry is on vacation. It is taking some time off until the ingredients are back in season or the holiday arrives. If this is your favorite and you'd like to know when it will be back, please email us info@wgbergdesserts.com

 NATIONWIDE SHIPPING / ONLINE STORE

 Q: When can I place an online order?

We accept orders at anytime. We ship Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday via Fedex 2nd day air and can ship overnight if requested. No shipping on Thursday- Sunday.

Q: Can I make changes or modifications to the products in the gift tins?

Q: What are your shipping rates?

Shipping rates are calculated based on your distance from New York City and depend on the size of your order.

Q: Do you do same-day shipping? 

We do not offer same-day shipping for online orders, however for New York locals we offer same day delivery via GrubHub.

Q: How can I cancel my order?

To cancel your order, please send an email to orders@wgbergdesserts.com. Make sure to include your order number.

Q: What if I am not satisfied with my order?
